As every real estate auction terms are different, we encourage you to click on to the Sale Day Notes for the auction(s) of your choice for financial information and dates of inspection.  Special needs and absentee bids will be accommodated by contacting us directly.  A DD Scott representative is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior or after auction.
