You may register online or download and fax the forms to us. Terms & Conditions will instruct you on how our auctions are conducted. We encourage you to preregister, so that on auction day you simply need to attend and pick up your Bidder's Packet.  No forms to fill out on auction day makes you more relaxed and ready to participate.

As every real estate auction terms are different, we encourage you to look at the Sale Day Notes for the auction(s) of your choice for financial information and dates of inspection.  Special needs and absentee bids will be accomodated by contacting us directly.  A DD Scott representative, is available to answer any questions or concerns you may have prior or after auction.  With DD Scott Auctions you are never left alone at auction or with your purchase.
