With the comprehensive marketing of your property in place, we proceed to have a real estate professional in attendance at every home inspection.  Potential buyers will have the opportunity to preview the property and pre-register for the auction.  Buyers will have another opportunity to register one hour on site prior to the auction.

Auction Day!  The auction will begin at the scheduled time with the high bidder announced.  At the closure of the auction, the high winning bidder will sign a Sales and Purchase Agreement including the agreed upon down payment placed in escrow.  The closing date is set, usually 30 days after auction.  A Quick Close option is also available.  You are never left alone with your sale.  A real estate professional will accompany you to the closing.
